Who can I contact if I am having problems?
If you are having any problems using this facility please email Payroll Services (QUOTING YOUR PAY REFERENCE NUMBER) at payandprocess@lancashire.pnn.police.uk and a response will be sent to you a.s.a.p.
Only if your problem is extremely urgent please telephone one of the following members of the payroll team
West Division - Maria (01772) 410320
How do I find my pay reference number?
Your pay reference number can be found by viewing your personal file on HRS direct. Do not copy and paste this into the pay reference field on on-line payslips.
Can I choose any password?
Yes, but it must be between 6 and 15 alphanumeric characters in length, and at least one of them must be a number.
How often do I have to change my password?
For additional security you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days.
What if I don't have access to a computer or to the Internet?
Although not everyone has dedicated access to a particular terminal, staff are able to use other terminals located in their workplace as required. All terminals have access to this particular LCC internet site.
What happens if I'm off sick or on maternity leave and don't have access to a computer?
Arrangements can be made with your local HR department for a copy of your payslip to be forwarded to your home address.
How can I be sure my personal pay details are secure?
If payslips are accessed from a Constabulary terminal, access is via the Constabulary's corporate internet access portal and the site itself uses 128bit SSL encryption. Access to the system is via corporate firewalls and security systems.
If payslips are accessed from outside the Constabulary, security cannot be guaranteed as the PC terminal used may have been compromised by a virus or hacked, and access from outside the Constabulary will not go through the Constabulary's corporate firewall. Staff who use non-police systems are advised to ensure appropriate firewalls and anti-viruses are in place.
Is the on-line payslip acceptable to use for a mortgage or loan application?
Does anyone else have access to my payslip details?
Will end of year tax forms (P60) be available on-line?
No. Online P60s do not fulfil HM Revenue & Customs regulations and you will continue to receive paper P60s.
