Lancashire Quality Award in Early Years Pedagogy

This Lancashire Quality Award is particularly relevant for those looking to promote positive and resilient learners in the EYFS. This quality improvement programme has been extremely successful in raising standards and securing outstanding practice in the early years in Lancashire settings.
This award runs for two terms programme will focus on:
  • Embedding existing good EYFS practice and evidencing outstanding features
  • Raising outcomes for all children with particular reference to PSED and the development of learning behaviours
  • Evidencing a climate which fosters healthy attitudes to learning and builds effective teaching strategies to ensure children develop autonomy
  • Closing the gap and ensuring structured well documented catch up for vulnerable learners
  • Ensuring children consistently demonstrate the characteristics of learning
