Booking and Payment Conditions

  • Approval has been sought from the school/establishment to attend this course and the school/establishment agree to meet the course fee as advertised (N/A for self-funded applicants).
  • Applicants will receive confirmation of their booking via the schools portal for LCC Schools and via email for external applicants prior to the event. If for any reason you have not received this 4 weeks prior to the event please call us on 01257 516100.  
  • All LCC maintained establishments (except schools with their own bank account) will be billed via journal transfer. All other clients will be invoiced after the first session of the event.
  • The full course fee will be charged for non-attendance and cancellations received within twenty-one (21) days of the start of the course.
  • Self-funding applicants will be directed to make a card payment immediately upon booking.
  • If a presenter becomes aware that multiple delegates are attending an online course but a school has only booked one course place, then the details of any additional delegates attending the course will be taken by the presenter and additional course places charged for.
