Rossendale Neighbourhood Forums

There are four Neighbourhood Forums covering the borough which meet quarterly and are organised by the borough council. The relevant county councillor is a member of each Forum. The Forums are public consultative meetings and also disburse small grants but their functions may change in the future.

Whitworth Town Council

Whitworth Town Council is the only Parish & Town Council in Rossendale and we are currently working with them and the borough council on a pilot scheme to see how we can develop more three-way integration in local government.
